Most of our training takes place at
your work-site over a two or three day period. Other specialized
trainings can be arranged. Additionally, HORIZON can train
certain of your employees to function as internal trainers and
mediators in your organization.
Our trainers are experts in the
field of collaborative approaches, interest-based
problem-solving, facilitation and mediation and have
demonstrated experience in a variety of workplace and community
settings.
Our facilitation service uses
neutral facilitators who can guide your group through
decision-making and dialogue, helping the group reach a
constructive solution that meets the interests of all
stakeholders.
