Utilizing an interactive, hands-on, practical approach, this
workshop can help you realize the inherent strength and
potential of your organization by developing skills and
processes that prevent destructive debate and foster
constructive dialogue. Participants will learn simple, but
powerful skills and processes to build consensus, solve problems
collaboratively, and develop norms of behavior upon which they
can develop stronger, more partnership-oriented relationships.
Instead of trying to change the organization or each other,
the practices and tools youll learn will change the conditions
under which people interact and where they focus their
attention. This workshop will prepare you to develop and
implement solutions that will enable better decisions, develop
better choices, create new partnerships, avert damaging conflict
and solve challenging problems.
