"Building Positive
Working Relationships"
Program Content
The
programs, training and facilitation developed by Horizon Partners are based on the negotiation and
relationship concepts contained in Roger Fishers books:
Getting to Yes (authored with William Ury), and Getting
Together (authored with Scott Brown). The principled

Fisher at the Harvard Negotiation Project, have been
applied successfully in many arenas.
Additionally, we draw
from other sources such as the work of David Cooperrider,
Jane Magruder Watkins, Peter Senge, Linda Ellinor and
Glenna Gerard, Stephen Covey, Marvin Weisbord and other
practitioners in the fields of organizational development,
continuous improvement, team-building and collaborative
