Therese M. Miller, Owner and Principal ConsultantTherese Miller is the owner and principal consultant of Horizon Partners, a firm specializing in the development of individual’s and organizations’ ability to resolve conflict, solve challenging problems, create new partnerships, and envision and implement positive change. Therese “grew up” in the Human Resources function over twenty years with TCI, a major telecommunications company, and two well-respected manufacturing companies, FMC and Tri-Valley Growers, and most recently held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for The JPM Company in Lewisburg, PA. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a co-owner of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting and an active participant in the Central Pennsylvania AIC Centre. She is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Organization Development Network, and an adjunct faculty member of the School of Business and Computer Technology at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
